  1. Please visit these websites to help you track your calorie intake, your exercising, and determining your RMR (resting metabolic rate) so you can be more accurate in how you lose weight. To lose 2 pounds per week safely, you cut back 500 calories from your RMR.

    www.eatbetteramerica.com will help you find good and healthy recipes along with their nutritional information. My favorite recipe is the spinach and turkey enchiladas. MMMMM!!!
